Brewing Instructions

Rinse filter and add 20g coarsely ground coffee

First pour: 50ml water, wait 45 seconds

Second pour: 70ml water (total 120ml - 40% of total)

Third pour: 60ml water (total 180ml)

Fourth pour: 60ml water (total 240ml)

Fifth pour: 60ml water (total 300ml)

Each pour after bloom should be 45 seconds apart

Pro Tips

  • First 40% controls sweetness/acidity balance
  • Remaining 60% controls strength
  • Use coarser grind than typical V60
  • Pour slowly and evenly
